Hauntings – Theodore Roosevelt

22693_247850972223659_5230040865888614399_nWe all know Teddy Roosevelt was a badass. This is a guy who was a soldier in some of the roughest most dangerous areas; dealt with the rampant corruption of the New York City Police Department at a time when no one else could; and finished a speech with a bullet in his chest. If I had to pick a candidate for badassiest president, it would be Teddy. Need further proof? Take a read through our article on him, and then head back. https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=248183865523703&id=147401292268628

But what if I told you that TR didn’t leave us when he died? Mr. Roosevelt was not a young man (by the standards of the time) when he passed away at the age of 60, and he died the way most people would want to – at home in bed in his sleep. But this is a man who was driven by a force much greater than that which his body could handle. There are a lot of things in this world that are dangerous – unseen things that can be seen “beyond the veil of death” so to speak. So when TR realized that there was some kind of threat to the living… did he shirk? THERE WAS NO SHIRKING! This guy mounted up. He puts his immortal soul on the line so that we can rest easy in the mortal realm.

This happens now and again. Some individual stays on as a guardian to the mortal realm. Before Theodore Roosevelt there was Abraham Lincoln, a man named David Walker, William Marshall…. There is real evil in the world, but as long as there are those brave enough to stand against it, there is still hope.
